At Hammitt, we want you to love your new bag as much as we loved making it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit the Portal

  Navigate to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your Hammitt product.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
